Montague Real Estate announces rebrand and expansion of the Middle East!

The new brand ethos 'more, together' has re-launched Montague Real Estate, a boutique immobilizer and the private office, with plans for re-branding and expansion that will reach unscathed audiences in the Middle East.

While Montague has achieved considerable success on the European market, it is expanding its reach into the Middle East market, appointing Luke Banks as the head of the newly-formed Middle East division former Dubai luxury property developer Sobha Realty.

Banks are tasked with securing prime listings for private investors and development sites on the market, off-plan sites and providing regional business, investment and lifestyle opportunities and consulting services for the UAE and international markets.

"The UAE's positioning is a key hub for customers in the USA, Asia and Europe—the ability to cross the time zones and cultures is a huge leap for the Montague brand," says Banks.

In addition to its strong emphasis on transactional relations with clients, the company has now committed itself to offering additional wealth and property-related consulting and professional services throughout more regions and languages in order to expand its customer base and become a more prominent global brand.

In addition to the brand expansion and the new name, Montague is also subject to a new brand identity, with an updated logo and the recent launch of a website. The improved identity reflects the enhanced global approach of the company.

While expansion in the Middle East, led by Luke Banks from London's brand office, intends to start an office in the UAE by 2021, Montague plans to expand into a number of important international markets in 2021, such as the U.S. The United States.

Thomas Balashev, founding and CEO of Montague Real Estate, said "The reactivation of Montague Real Estate and our expansion into the Middle East are important milestones for us. "The heart of what we do is our customers, and we think they want more than just another estate agent to sell them property. In so many other areas of our lives – from investment to lifestyle – our new strategy will allow us to add value to real estate."
